There are two possible endings depending on the choices you make. It's ~10 minutes to play. There is sound, play with headphones if you can!

This was made for my Narrative Design class at MICA :>

The Looping is very fun, and I really loved the accompanying pictures, it added to the awkward atmosphere in the elevator.Trying to figure out how to escape the loop is really fun, and I enjoyed being mean to her, even though I got punished for it.

I'm a guy stuck in an elevator, but everything seems to loop, just like Happy Death Day. I achieved the ending where Sascha leads me out of the elevator with her, and I get to escape. I'm really curious as to why my character is stuck in the elevator and if it is true that  he and Sascha have met before (either in high school or during the same interview). I really enjoy  seeing the text be accompanied with visuals. I think... if the illustrations were not there, I probably would have felt distrustful of Sascha and assume that she's a humanoid-looking monster. I also like that there are different options for every loop and that not all of them are mean (I'm the kind of person who likes to be myself and be nice the first time. And then, be mean in my next time). Great illustrations! I did not play with sound though. I wonder how many times I pressed the same button? And, I wonder if there's any hidden endings for button combos.

got the ending where you're trapped in the elevator forever first...i got cornered into pushing her by the options over and over until i got the good ending. i love weird anomalous loop things like this, i was hoping to pick up on stranger things going on beyond just our own behavior or sascha being apparently unaware of the situation but i think the evolution of conversation was engaging enough. wonderful images!

(are you using the loop or reset function for every time it loops back around? it makes the audio restart from the beginning/sputter-- i think maybe looping with knots instead might resolve that in case you want to do something like this again.)

i got the end where i push sacha out and am stuck in the elevator alone! it was a really fun game, and the music really contributes to the atmosphere.

I got an ending where Sacha helped me leave the elevator and the loop was broken. I think the audio/visual element of this is fantastic! The drawings work super well, I like the subtle animation in each one, and the noise-y photographic backgrounds look really cool. And the looping music fits the absurdity of the story perfectly. I felt like the ending was a little bit abrupt,  since the purpose of the time loop is still so mysterious. But that might have been purposeful, so I don't think it was necessarily a negative thing.

I got the ending where you leave the elevator with Sacha and break the loop . I really appreciated the way you use the same image and dialogue with minute changes to make it feel like a time loop, it was very successful (and your art is really lovely!) The first repeat I thought I had accidentally restarted the game, which is not an issue I just found it funny.

I successfully escaped the elevator! This game is a time loop set in the elevator of a job interview (my nightmare, but at least the interview itself is done). I love time loops and this was an interesting take on them, instantly elevating a mundane thing. The accompanying art/sound was very fitting to the topic and I particularly liked how the images stopped to focus on the text at the end, it created a lot of suspense.

Nicely done! I wasn't sure how I was going to get out of the situation but it did seem like I was always being given new, novel choices to keep things moving. The ending was unexpected, but it definitely fits in the logic of the world you've created. The image and attention to the design of the page all add to the experience, but the sound is my favorite detail. The way the muzak would start over each loop was really great at emphasizing the situation!

The image is AWESOME!!!
